A Vintage Set of Wheeling Decorating Plates or Chargers. Each measures about 10 7/8 in diameter. CONDITION: In nice shape. One plate has a flake on the bottom rim. Some surface scratches, wear to the gold rims and designs, and some scuffing and discoloration on the bottom rims from display. I do my best to list any damage or use, but I’m not an expert.
