We are pleased to offer a very fine pair of Chinese porcelain famille rose vases, made probably in the Republic period of China, early 20th century, possibly earlier. Each with Imperial 4-character Qianlong mark in light blue enamel on the base. Height each: 2, 5 cm. Elegant lantern shaped vases of very fine eggshell porcelain, each decorated in the soft colors of the famille rose palette with a “Millefleur” design on a gold ground. The rims gilt edged. Acquired from an estate collection and offered with both in very good condition, one has a very tiny nick to the foot rim. All items offered are guaranteed authentic and as described.
