A fine antique Limoges hand painted cabinet plate. With a painted scene of a man and a woman in fine garb seated on a railing. The rim is in cobalt blue with raised gilt decoration. Simply a wonderful plate! It is in overall very good used condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. It has normal wear to the foot, some spots wear and rubbing to the gold, light glaze and surface scratches and scuffing here and there, and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
