Fitted styrofoam in box keeps each piece secure, but I have reinforced under the reindeer so it stands up straight, and have bubble-wrapped around each piece to ensure they don’t rub against each other. I also reinforced the top piece of styrofoam where the tree star pushed through. Reindeer 8″ Long x 7″ Tall. Santa 9″ Tall x 5″ Wide at base. Sleigh 8″ Long x 5″ Tall x 4 Wide.
