In 1927, Lorenz Hutschenreuther took over the porcelain factory. The factory closed in 1995 after more than 150 years of operation. Tirschenreuth porcelain is known for its fine quality, and vintage pieces are sought after by collectors. The mark in the image includes the letters P. ” beneath a crown, followed by “BAVARIA TIRSCHENREUTH” and “DECORATED IN OWN STUDIOS.
