Conceptualized and brought to life by talented designers and highly skilled craftsmen, the Verneuil pattern features a traditional pattern with bands of 24K gold incrustation. The dinnerware exemplifies the Faberge tradition of celebrating the delicate and amazing beauty of nature. O’Well Porcelain Santa Sleigh. This piece was originally part of the 2001 Collector’s Edition of the Grandeur Noel set. The sleigh is massive and beautifully done. Even without the reindeer and Santa you could set this up as a beautiful statement piece. The sleigh has amazing detail. There is a large billowing bow on the front as well as each side. The edges of each piece is trimmed in a rich metallic gold paint, the toy sack that sits at the top of the sleigh holds all kinds of intricately made children toys. There is a trunk on the floor of the sleigh. It is in great overall condition. The only problem I see is the horse in the toy sack has a missing ear. No chips or cracks otherwise. 7 Pounds 4.1 oz. This listing is for a pair of vintage porcelain and bronze urns in the Royal Vienna style by Wong Lee 1895. The urns measure 19 3/4 inches or 50 cm high to the top rim, and are 10 inches in diameter at the top rim. They feature bronze square foot with raised scrolling design. The porcelain is hand painted with floral motifs, dark blue glazed borders accented with heavy encrusted gold highlights. The urns have bronze medallions, handles, urns, and standards. The urns have a large cartouche on them with an under water theme. They are marked on the bottom “WL 1895″. They are in excellent condition. Raised gold triangles/arrows and dot borders are a somewhat universal design that work with Victorian to modern decors. A fabulous set to use in combination with other pieces or to complete a set of the same pattern perhaps….. I believe these are side plates, maybe bread. I know these were tremendously expensive new….. Even in their day. I believe these date to the early 1910’s. Appropriately marked with early green Lenox mark, and decorators marks in gilt as shownx5/J. There are also various impressed letter marks on the plates. I saw an “H and M” on two plates just for comparison. I do not see so much as one utensil mark. These are solid and heavy, yet held up to the light they are translucent. Full set of 12 that measure about 5 1/2 diameter each. I only find the pattern as J21….. Which has a center band otherwise is identical to J20. A beautiful gold decorated18th century Chinese export blue and white cup and saucer. The cup and saucer presumably was specially made for European market in 18th century from Jingdezhen China, as it can be seen that there are very fine scenery drawings i. Trees, rivers, temples, boat, and peoples, which are handpained by Jingdezhen skilled masters more than 200 years ago, gold enamel decoration was added shortly after (almost same period) as soon as they arrived in the Europe. Very fine porcelain indeed. Useful for a cup of tea, and certainly decorative for sitting in your display cabinet or elsewhere. I owned it , now they are looking for new owner. Period: 18th century Qianlong reign. Size: Cup 6.5cm high, Dish 12.50 cm diameter. No chips, hairlines or restoration. Saucer: tiny tight rim hairline 1.5cm app. See – the 2nd last photo.
