Here is a beautiful vintage Chinese porcelain hand painted ginger jar lamp. Lamp was made from a real ginger jar into a lamp with woodcut base, the hand painted enamel work on lamp is done in traditional blue, orange, and gold, with 2 large white flowers accented in gold and orange. Floral motif has dark cobalt blue leaves with gold highlights, and gold and orange outline branches. 4 sides to this lamp with 2 differing designs with similar designs on each opposite side. The top neck has a different design then the lamp body. Please view pics to see all the details. This lamp is wired with a long cord measuring approximately 6 1/2 ft long with a thumb switch. The light can be worked with normal top switch or thumb switch. Ginger jar is 11 1/2 in height with a black wood piece on lid extending to hardware. Lamp is 13″ from base to top of socket and 23″ tall from base to top of wood finial. Woodcut base is 4 1/2 across. Lamp is in fine working condition and is safe. So you must provide your own.
