Meissen Dragon & Phoenix Plate Charger Navy Red & Gold Rare. This is a Meissen Charger/Plate with the crossed swords mark on the back. There are two Dragons on the rim of the charger and a pair of Phoenix in the center. The blues, golds, and reds are very bright. This Charger measures with a diameter of 12 1/4.
