Antique PICKARD Hand Painted Floral Art Nouveau 12 1/2″ plate x 1 1/4″ height. Three batches of Tulips in lustre, iridescent painting. Fisher was born in Dresden, Germany in 1871. He came to Pickard in 1904. Porcelain is translucent under direct light.
