It’s a chine de commande dish but unusual because the central painting is a chinese person f a chinese person with a chinese person holding an artifact with a dragon in gilt. He is also holding a ruyi scepter. 18th century Qing period. Very nicely decorated piece with good details. Red, Gold and Pink enamels. Similar dish displayed in the Guangfu Museum Shanhai, check pictures. Rare type of decoration. Dating to around 1760.
