This is Exquisite, rare George Jones &Sons Large Bone China piece by the prestigious T. It is marked’20710′. It is a beautiful Victorian/Edwardian style with Blue Bows delicately floating around the inside and outside getting progressively smaller as they descend towards the bottom of the bowl. This Large 10 & 1/2″ Bowl is marked “Guaranteed Best Burnished Gold England, indicating the high quality building used in painting it. It is in excellent shape for the age. I feel/ see no chips or cracks. There is some minor crazing i can see on the underside of the lip and a bit on the bottom of the stand. When I magnified the base to see the maker marks I could see some but not with the naked eye. The gold gilding is in very good condition with a couple small spots where it looks thinner, but very hard to see. The blue is a gorgeous turquoise blue hand painted around the rim.
