From a dentist’s estate, my jeweler says it’s high karat, thin gage solid gold foil wrapped around some kind of porcelain or ceramic material. Not heavy enough to be solid metal, and upon close inspection, there appears to be some crazing in the teeth. I don’t see any losses or damage.
