Two beautiful Chinese porcelain figurines, jade girl and golden boy (lucky children). Delicately hand painted with a stunning sheen. Each holding a solid porcelain golden coin attached with strong red thread. These belonged to my late grandmother who kept these in pristine original condition encapsulated in a glass cabinet. They are unmarked with no chips, cracks or scratches. Finding such figurines in this condition would be a rare find today. I believe these to be dated from the mid 1950s to early 1960s. Each measure 32cm tall and the width from the base is 14cm. Note the final image is of both pairs together so you can see size comparison. This listing is for the smaller pair only.
