Up for sale is a Haviland French Porcelain Painted/Gilded Portait Plate, Woman & Cherub, Signed F. The deep cobalt blue scalloped rim of the plate is heavily gilded with florals and musical instruments. The artist’s signature is signed on the lower right corner of the portrait.
