Antique Lamm Dresden China LMQ114 Soup Plate Raised Gold Flowers & Lattice x 8. Antique late 1800s Ambrosius Lamm Decorating Studio, LMQ114 Soup Plate, Set of EIGHT. The Soup Plates measure 9 1/4″ in diameter and sit 1 1/2″ off of the table. They are in Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks, or fleabites. I could find no gold loss on rims, so if there is any, it is minuscule. I did find a teeny amount of wear on a couple of the monograms that most would not even mention. These pieces have Your Grandfather’s Monogram in the Center of the Bowl. The Monogram looks like’EPC’. Marked on the bottom as pictured with the mark of the famous Dresden Decorator Ambrosius Lamm (earliest mark used from 1887 – 1890) and with the pattern number’114′. I have included numbered Photos of all of the Soup Plates that you will be receiving. Ambrosius Lamm opened his Decorating Studio in Dresden Germany in 1887. His Decorating Studio used only the finest porcelain blanks including Meissen and KPM. At this writing, I also have Dinner Plates, Luncheon Plates, Salad Plates, Bread Plates, Serving Bowls, and an Extra Large Serving Platter in this pattern that I will list as quickly as I can. If you are looking to complete a Dinner Service, I may be listing the pieces that you are looking for. Some of the pieces are pristine, some have gold wear, and a couple of pieces have tiny chips.
