Empire Porcelain Cup And Saucer Cobalt Blue And Gold Early 19th Century
This cup and this empire porcelain saucer were found in an attic, where they had been kept for many years. Both of the empire period, they have differences, however: the saucer is a shade closer to black than cobalt blue, and no connection pattern unites them. It is therefore possible that they are not original together. The cup is distinguished by its refined decor of foliage and golden ornaments, as well as by its hand carved in a volute, typical of the Empire style. The saucer, also decorated with gilding, displays a sober and classic elegance. The whole remains harmonious. Dimensions in the last photographs. The letters are sent by post with follow -up number. The spring of centuries offers it art and collection objects from the 18th century to the present day. We are at your disposal for any additional information concerning one of our articles.
