For Sale: An antique set of 12 porcelain or fine china dinner plates made by Royal Doulton circa 1920s. The set is done in a very distinctive and unique pattern. In addition to the attractive color, each plate is adorned with a raised gold design. The gold was only used in the higher valued Royal Doulton sets. The Doulton pattern code, as best as I can tell, is E. Also, there is a secondary pattern number, most likely from a secondary. Source, Robert Allen Design Studio. The secondary code is “RA 6768″ This set is in excellent condition. The plates have discernable wear from utensils, and no chips or cracks. Each plate is 10.5 in diameter.
