Stunning hand painted ivory colored porcelain with an antiqued crackle finish. Gorgeous hand painted artwork of flowers and fruit, outlined in gold gilt. Unusual vertical striped panels that alternate background colors of lemon yellow and sky blue. The panels are dimensional and slightly rounded, to give an all-over scalloped effect around the body of the vase. Wide foot at base which keeps this vase very stable and steady. HEAVY beautifully made art vase. William Sung’s work is highly collectible. See all pics and use zoom. Excellent condition- No flaws or damage of any kind-NO nicks chips cracks fading or repair, pristine. The crackle effect to the glaze is intentional and visual only, surface is shiny, glossy, and smooth. Wonderful delicate shadings and varying lightness and darkness in the painted tones. A super unique and special piece. Would make a stunning centerpiece. Watertight, so it can hold fresh bouquets if desired.
