Coalport Hand Painted Pink Rose Cobalt Beaded Gold & White Enamel 9 3/8 Plate. Nice bone china plate. Decorated with large hand painted pink roses in the center. Has a cobalt blue border with raised white enamel and gold beaded floral and scrollwork designs above a band of gold gilding with beading and another band of gold gilt scrollwork. Gold gilding and scalloped gilding along the edge of the plate. Unmarked except for some woman’s ciphers. Circa 1860 to 1880. Has some wear consistent with age including a few small scratches mostly to the leaves, and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece. Decorated in the Aesthetic style with raised brown and gold gilt seaweed. The background is painted in pastel pink, blue, and yellow. Has the pattern number 5 1435 on the reverse and an impressed Bodley mark. This mark was used starting in 1870. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Coalport Hand Painted Castle Landscape Green & Gold Shell Border 9 5/8 Plate A Fabulous porcelain bone china plate with relief molded shell designs along the edge. Decorated with a hand painted castle on a hill above a lake scene, framed in raised and beaded gold gilt floral scrollwork and lattice / net designs over a white background. Gold gilt seaweed designs along the inner rim. With a border of green. The relief molding along the edge is gold gilded and is framing various sections with oars, fishing nets, and various symbols related to water, with beaded and raised gold shells and seaweed below. Marked on the bottom England Coalport AD 1750 with a crown. This mark was used between 1891 and 1920. Also marked with the pattern number Z854 in red. Has crazing typical of bone china and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 5/8 inches wide. Set 3 Antique Minton Dinner Plates Hand Painted Signed B. Smith Teal Floral Gold. A beautiful trio of hand painted Minton dinner or cabinet plates for your consideration! These plates measures 10 1/2 inches diameter and feature a floral spray hand painted by B. Each spray is slightly different but the florals feature old garden roses, tulips, mums and violas. The wide teal band measures 2 1/4 inch width. Bold gadroon gold and white rims. The plates are in very good condition. They do have a few white spots on the teal that I believe is a light bit of enamel loss but it is minimal. They are marked on back with the standard pink Minton globe and crown mark and bear the pattern number S435. They are also impressed Minton and I believe the impressed date code mark is for year 1890. Decorated with hand painted flowers and floral swags in purple, pink, blue, yellow, white, and red. The border is enameled in turquoise with gold gilt highlights and gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse Copeland’s China England. Also has a retailer mark for T Goode & Co London and a pattern number D1308 in red. The second number in the date code did not impress, but it is probably 1890s. Has some wear to the gilding, and a small in manufacture stacking flake to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition.
